Murphy Door “Hide & Seek” Concept
-
Murphy Door wanted a campaign idea that could elevate the brand beyond product demonstration and show off its personality. The goal was to create a big storytelling concept that would be memorable, entertaining, and tied seamlessly to the product’s unique function.
-
Wrote a full script for a mockumentary-style ad
Created the brand concept “Hide & Seek” to connect Murphy Door’s hidden functionality with playful, shareable storytelling
Crafted witty dialogue, character backstories, and the final product reveal
Defined the tone, pacing, and structure to feel like a premium, story-driven campaign
-
The concept unfolded as a mockumentary chronicling the fictional “World Hide and Seek Championships.” Through humorous interviews with quirky characters and faux-historical re-creations, the campaign built intrigue until the final reveal: the ultimate hide-and-seek champion hiding behind a Murphy Door.
This storyboard-driven pitch showed how Murphy Door could lean into brand storytelling, rather than simply product demos, to reach a wider audience and make the product unforgettable.

Though never produced, Hide & Seek became a showcase of higher-level campaign thinking: brand as story, product as punchline. Presented as a storyboard script, it demonstrates my ability to concept, script, and pitch large-scale creative that blends humor, narrative, and product integration.
