Thrive Causemetics BEB/LLE

  • Thrive Causemetics wanted a campaign that celebrated women and showcased two of their hero products — Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara (LLE) and Brilliant Eye Brightener (BEB). The challenge was to maximize a single shoot day to produce distinct hero ads for each product, along with cutdowns and resized versions for streaming and social platforms.

    • Sourced and secured the director for the shoot

    • Managed talent casting, negotiations, contracts, and payments

    • Organized the production logistics for a one-day shoot designed to maximize output

    • Coordinated with crew and vendors across production and post

    • Oversaw the edit, graphics, color, audio mix, and finishing

    • Maintained ongoing communication with client stakeholders to ensure creative alignment

  • I structured the shoot to capture versatile footage that could be split into two distinct hero ads — one focused on the LLE Mascara, one on the BEB. From that base, I oversaw the creation of multiple cutdowns (:30s, :15s, :06s) and resized versions tailored for OTT, streaming, and social platforms. Throughout production and post, I managed teams, booked vendors, and kept all stakeholders aligned to deliver efficiently and effectively.

  • The campaign delivered two polished hero ads and a full library of cutdowns and platform-specific versions, maximizing impact from a single production day. By managing casting, production, and post end-to-end, I ensured Thrive Causemetics had a versatile suite of creative that drove awareness for both products while celebrating diverse, authentic women.
