Nascar “Fastest Sunday”

  • NASCAR needed a fast-turnaround promo for a race at AAA Speedway in Pomona, CA. The project relied on existing footage that had to be cut into a dynamic, high-energy spot, with added motion graphics to capture the excitement of race day. Tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders meant smooth coordination was critical.

    • Oversaw the editorial and motion GFX teams

    • Coordinated communication between Sensis (the ad agency) and our creative team

    • Managed schedules, feedback, and versioning to keep the project moving

  • I managed the post-production workflow from rough cut through finishing. Working closely with the editor and motion GFX team, I ensured pacing and design matched NASCAR’s energy and brand standards. At the same time, I coordinated between the agency and creative team to keep approvals streamlined and communication clear.
